Capital Structure
The initial capital raise will fund land acquisition, planning, design and early-stage project development. The project will be delivered through a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), providing a clear governance and investment structure for participating investors.
Security
Investor capital will be supported through a first legal charge over the development land (subject to acquisition), together with structured project governance and appropriate legal documentation designed to protect investor interests.

Exit Strategy
